Delivery of charcoal, firewood, and flammable liquids:

Counties: Ogre, Bauska, Aizkraukle, Jelgava, Olaine, Mārupe, Ķekava, Ropaži, Ādaži, Saulkrasti, Sigulda, Cēsis. Minimum order 50 EUR.

Delivery of pellets, briquettes, and firewood in bags (up to 2 pallets) costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and delivery distance of the item.

Within a 20 km radius around Ogri delivery price 10 EUR per pallet (for pellets and briquettes), minimum order 100 EUR
Outside this radius, the delivery price is 0.7 EUR/1km (counting only the round trip).

Please note that:

Delivery is made within 5 business days of receiving the customer's payment.
Delivery time on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00.
Before making the delivery, the driver will call the customer to notify them of their arrival.
(essential for customers to answer the driver's calls and not ignore a call from an unknown number).

The customer should note that delivery will be made by truck, therefore:

The width of the driveway and gate must be wider than 3 meters;
The road surface must be safe for a truck to drive on;
Warnings must be given about factors limiting the height of the truck – trees, roofs, etc.;
Be aware of weight restriction signs on the road, as the gross vehicle weight may exceed 10 tons;
The driver must be able to leave the delivery location, i.e. perform a safe U-turn or drive to the other side without using reverse gear.

Delivery working hours:

• We deliver the product on weekdays: 8:00 – 17:00 (with exceptions, delivery can also be provided on Saturdays)

If during the delivery of goods there may be difficulties with the placement of the goods, road surface, unloading address or other inconveniences that could interfere with unloading, please provide information by calling: +371 22 00 25 20. We will tailor a suitable solution for you!
If you would like us to deliver the item to your shed/garage or another convenient location, we can do this for an additional fee!
